Together with our Management Plus Service, this is the preferred choice of most landlords. These services allow complete peace of mind throughout your tenancy.
All aspects of our Let Only and Rent Collection packages are included. You will also have the security of regular inspections by our dedicated lettings staff and any maintenance issues or changes in legislation that may arise - keeping you 100% legal - youll know your property is being looked after as well as your high expectations deserve.

Let Only Service for Professional Landlords
The Let Only service tends only to be taken up by a handfull of landlords who are very experienced in this specialist field and are perhaps not as dependant upon an individual rent being paid on time or being missed. It is widely agreed that tenants who pay rent direct to their landlords are more likely to be late with their rent or not pay at all - they know agents have the experience, manpower and legal knowledge behind them.
However, if you are conversant in the current legislation, tenancy law, property
management and all legal aspects of rent collection, debt collection and possession then this option is certainly for you, taking advantage of our extensive marketing to find you the most suitable tenant for your property - then its over to you!

Rent Collection
This service includes all of the Let Only aspects, however, allows landlords to carry out the day to day maintenance issues that arise, however, again only experienced landlords who have a little more time to spend on their property tend to take this service up as the laws covering safety regulations are constantly being reviewed.

We endeavour to forward all payments to our landlords within 5 days of receiving the cleared funds for your monthly rental, via your preferred choice of payment, including cheque, BACs, internet transfer.

Monthly financial statements will be sent to you to clarify all monies due to be paid to you and any deductions made, such as pre-agreed maintenance, our fees etc.

We have a fully backed up system which alerts us prior to the rent payment being due and therefore ensures that your income is received as soon as possible.
